Question - What if it takes me longer than anticipated to unpack my moving boxes?
Answer - No worries! An extra week is only an additional 10%. If you need to keep one or more moving boxes when we arrive on the pick up date, we will simply charge your credit card for each box you keep. ($8 for small boxes, $10 for medium boxes and $15 for large boxes)
Question - Does free delivery and pick up apply to all locations and all orders?
Answer - Yes. Our service area is all of the greater Atlanta area.
Question - Do you accept credit cards?
Answer - Yes, our online provider is PayPal. Customers do not require a PayPal account to pay with their credit cards through PayPal.
Question - Do you offer rentals for out of town moves?
Answer - We do offer out of town service, however we need to discuss a fair price for this service based on the specifics of the move. Call us.
Question - What if I find out I need more moving boxes in the days before my move?
Answer - We will do whatever we can to get you more moving boxes in a timely manner. Call us.
Question - Are the moving boxes clean and in good shape?
Answer - Absolutely! If you find a box that is dirty or damaged, you don't have to pay for that moving box. We thoroughly inspect and clean all moving boxes before and after each trip.
Question - What if I lose, break or simply don't return a moving box?
Answer - We understand that this can happen however we have to charge $8, $10 or $15 for each moving box that is not returned in the same condition you received it.
Question - Why do we offer this service?
Answer - Moving is a tough job, even when it is into a new and exciting location. We recently moved and wish we would have had the option to rent our moving boxes. The wasteful practice of using disposable cardboard boxes led us to offering what we believe is a better alternative for our planet and a easier option for you, the mover!
